Basic Basics for Castle Siege
- There is only 1 castle siege per server
- To enter the siege you need to go to the city of Lorencia at coordinates (239, 13) and enter the Valley of Loren
- There are no restrictions to enter the Valley of Loren
- The Valley of Loren is a PVP-enabled zone.
- During the siege you can attack other participants without pressing Ctrl
Requirements for participants of the Castle Siege
- A participating guild must have a guild master of at least Level 200 (regardless of class).
- A guild must have at least 20 users.
- Participating guilds must have an ally to successfully use the castle's features.
- Other guilds and characters can participate in the castle siege as neutrals, but cannot win the siege.
- If the guild that owns the castle siege is disbanded, it will lose ownership of the castle.
- Only 3 guilds + allies can participate in the castle siege.

How to register
- Guilds that meet the requirements must go to the NPC Guardsman and click the "Announce" button, and their registration will be accepted.
- Only the Guild Master of the main alliance can register a guild in Castle Siege.
- Any guild member who enters the Valle of Loren can register "Sing of Lord" during the siege registration period.
- When opening the NPC Guadsman, the guild names will be displayed in the journal.
- When you open the NPC Guadsman, it will show you the start time, periods, etc.
- Only the top three Guilds and their allies will be given priority to participate in the Siege

Basics of Conducting a Battle During a Castle Siege
When selecting a registered guild, the invading team and their allies will have a sword icon, while the defending team and their allies will have a shield icon.
- The PK penalty will not be applied between the guilds of the invading team and the one it defends.
- The above condition only applies to Lorena Valley.
- The PK penalty will not be applied to the invading team and the defending team, but will be applied to other characters who are not members.
- Neutral characters will not be marked as attackers or defenders.
- Registration for a siege during battle is prohibited.
- The invading team will have a sword icon, while the defending team will have a shield icon.
- The guild master will have a crown icon instead of a sword or shield. (A blue crown for the defending team and a red crown for the invading team).
- Neutral characters can attack by pressing the [ CTRL ] key.

Deployment
Basic Policy and Victory Condition
- The alliance under the will of the invasion/attack team is automatically included in each team of the invasion/attack team.
- Attacking your own troops is only possible by pressing the Ctrl key.
- The attack range can give 80% reduced damage to your own troops and 60% reduced damage to other troops.
- To obtain the official seal, the guild master must be placed on the pedestal located in the dragon tower, and if successful, the lord of the castle will be changed.
- Only the guild master can put the official seal on the pedestal.
- To put the seal, you must activate the pedestal for 30 seconds, and also turn on 2 switches at the same time, unless cancellation or death of the character during the sealing occurs.
- If the seal is successfully placed, the battle will continue, but the two camps of the invading/attacking team will switch places.
- The guild with the official seal at the end of the castle siege event will own the castle.

The Warp command cannot be used during a castle siege, but the defending team can warp into the besieged castle using the "Town Portal Scroll".
Items
Potion of Bless and Potion of Soul
- These potions are needed to destroy the castle gates and statues.
- Weapon durability decreases quickly if you attack the castle gates and statues without first taking the potion, which significantly reduces the attack power of the weapon.

- Blessing Potion and Soul Potion can be used like normal potions by pressing Q/W/E/R.
- A hotkey can be assigned by pressing Ctrl + Q/W/E/R to select the item you want to put on the shortcut.
- When the player uses a Blessing Potion and Soul Potion, the potions used will be indicated at the top of the screen.

NPC Soldier
Since the invading team will be larger than the defending team that united 3 guilds, the defending team has the option to use NPC soldiers.
The defending team can buy NPC soldiers from the castle. They can choose a warrior archer or a spearman.
NPC soldiers can also be bought from the NPC vendor of the invading/defending team.
Only the guild master and wizard can place NPC guards from the guild.
A maximum of 100 soldiers can be placed at any one time. Drop the soldiers at the desired location, where they will be summoned once the siege begins. They will begin to attack the invading team once they are summoned.

Functions
Important components of a castle siege
- The castle gate has a Defensive Power (HP) and can only be attacked during a siege. Weapon durability is greatly reduced when attacking the castle gate, so it is recommended to take a Blessing Potion or Soul Potion before attacking.
- If an alliance guild conquers a castle and the castle gate is destroyed, the gate will not be restored until the castle siege is completed.
- The castle gate can be increased to a maximum of 3 stages of defensive energy and durability (increase and restoration are impossible during combat)

Guardian Statues
- When all 4 statues inside the castle are destroyed, the guardian of the dragon tower will also be destroyed.
- Only players from the defending team can enter through the portal.
- Recover HP/MP/AG around the guardian statue, the recovery speed can be increased to a maximum of 3 stages.
- Guardian statues have Defense Power (HP) and can only be attacked during Siege. Weapon durability is greatly reduced when attacking guardian statues, so it is recommended to take a soul potion or blessing before attacking.

- This huge tower is located at the end of the castle.

Removal of the official seal
- On the top floor of the Dragon Tower is a pedestal with the official seal of the castle lord.
- When the guild master succeeds in attaching the official seal to the pedestal, the symbols of their swords will turn into shields, and now they must defend the castle.
- The guild with the official seal will become the lord of the castle at the end of the siege.

Tax adjustment
- The Castle Elder sets a base tax on all NPCs.
- Set the tax rate with the Elder NPC.
Setting up tax adjustments
- The tax setting can only be changed 2 hours after the siege until the next siege.
- The tax setting is divided into the Chaos Goblins tax rate and the NPC tax rate.
- Only the castle lord can adjust the tax rate.
- The tax rate will be applied when you "apply" the button, and the new tax rates will be added to the existing item prices.
- The collected taxes will be displayed as the remaining zen on the NPC Senior.
- The NPCs that are not affected by taxes are: Sebina, Marlon, GuildMaster, Charon, Messenger of Archangel.
- Only the castle lord can withdraw taxes.
- The amount allowed for transactions is 50,000,000 zen.
- The maintenance/upgrade cost will be deducted from the castle lords' inventory.

System
Status, Command System
For invaders and members of the invading team, the siege status (mini map) is displayed in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Displays the player's location, guild master status, castle deployment plan, and castle status.
- It is displayed when the siege war begins, and disappears when the siege war ends or the player moves to a non-combat area.
- You can call up the map by pressing the [TAB] key.
Command functions are only given to the guild masters of the invasion and defense teams, and they can be used to command attacking guild members.
- The guild master can command the siege status of the guild members using the attack (sword icon: attack), guard (guard icon: defense), and retreat (flag icon: parry) commands.
- A total of 7 groups can be commanded from this menu.

Stone of Life
The Guild Master or his assistant can use the Life Stone. Once the Life Stone is created, it acts as a respawn point for the guild whenever a guild member dies.
- When a Guild member's invasion (including the United Guild) is defeated, he will be respawned from the nearest Life Stone in the battle area.
- The cap will only be used by the invading team.
- There is a 60-second timer to place the Life Stone.
- With its special power, it will restore HP/MP/AG to the invading team characters around it (3 tiles) for a certain amount of time.
- Life Stones can be destroyed by both the attacking and defending teams.

Land of Trials
- The Castle Lord will be given the authority to manage the Land of Trials.
- The Land of Trials is a separate hunting area, and normal players will be prohibited from entering unless the Castle Lord allows them to enter.
Basic settings
- Unlock the NPC to enter Land of Trials.
- The Castle Lord and his Guild members can enter the area without restrictions.
- Normal players who are not in the Castle Lord's Guild or allies may be restricted from entering the map depending on the Castle Lord's settings.
- Using the move command or the M key is not applicable in Land Of Trials.
- Entering the Land of Trials map is via the NPC Gatekeeper in the Valley of Loren at coordinates (140,101).
