Soul Moru can be purchased with Ruud currency from NPC "Priest James" in Elbeland (31, 238).

Step 1 (Buy Soul Moru)
Steps to follow:
1. Go to NPC "Priest James"
2. Select Soul Moru and click the Buy button.
