FLUX CMS LICENSE AGREEMENT
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the individual or entity ("Licensee") obtaining a copy of Flux CMS and the owner or licensor of Flux CMS ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, or using Flux CMS, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use Flux CMS solely for managing MuOnline servers, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. LICENSE TYPES
- Premium Edition: Allows use on a single MuOnline server.
- Platinum Edition: Permits use on multiple servers owned or operated by the Licensee.
- Optional Add-On License: Allows an additional usage of the license on another website.
3. RESTRICTIONS
- Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Flux CMS except as permitted by law.
- Licensee shall not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer Flux CMS to any third party.
- Licensee shall not use Flux CMS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Licensee shall not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Licensee shall not share, resell, or redistribute premium plugins, templates, or other paid components.
4. OWNERSHIP
Flux CMS, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of Licensor. Licensee receives no ownership rights under this Agreement.
5. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
- Licensor provides updates and support for the duration of the Licensee's active subscription.
- Support includes bug fixes, security updates, and feature enhancements.
- Licensor reserves the right to discontinue support at any time with prior notice.
6. LIMITED WARRANTY
Flux CMS is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Flux CMS.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with any term. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using Flux CMS and destroy all copies.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor operates.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding Flux CMS.
- Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
By installing or using Flux CMS, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
